Pregnancy care begins with precise genetic analysis

Pregnancy care begins with precise genetic analysis

Prenatal and gynecological molecular diagnostics at AGC Laboratory

From the first suspicion to confirmation, our tests provide you with the information you need to make safe and informed decisions. Painless, precise, and professional, for your health and the health of your family.

What is molecular diagnostics in reproduction and fertility?

Molecular diagnostics in reproduction and fertility encompass advanced genetic tests that assist in the early detection of genetic disorders in fetuses, identification of infertility causes, and the discovery of genetic risk factors in both women and men. These tests utilize non-invasive and highly precise methods, such as analyzing fetal DNA from the mother's blood, DNA analysis of amniotic fluid, as well as analyzing genetic mutations that affect reproductive health and pregnancy. All analyses are conducted within the ALEA Genetic Center (AGC), utilizing the most modern laboratory equipment and the support of an experienced team of geneticists.

Who is this service intended for?

These analyses are recommended for:

Pregnant women – who want to safely and early verify the health of their baby, including the possibility of detecting Down syndrome, Edwards syndrome, and Patau syndrome.

Women with a history of miscarriages – to identify the cause of pregnancy loss

Couples experiencing difficulties with conception – for a genetic assessment of infertility causes

Men - suspected to have microdeletions of the Y chromosome that may cause reduced fertility.

Couples undergoing the IVF process

Comprehensive approach to women's reproductive health and pregnancy

Within our laboratory, we offer a wide range of molecular tests including:

Early and non-invasive prenatal diagnosis (NIPT)

Genetic diagnostics of the causes of miscarriages

Analysis of male and female infertility

Tests from amniotic fluid and swabs

Risk evaluation for genetic disorders and pregnancy
