Prof. Dr. Zuvdija Kandić is one of the most distinguished experts in the field of general and abdominal surgery in the region, with a career spanning over 45 years. He developed his specialization and academic career in Zagreb, Priština, Bihać, and Sarajevo. He is the author of numerous professional and scientific papers, university textbooks, and a lecturer at the Medical Faculty of UNSA. He is particularly recognized for his expertise in colorectal surgery, minimally invasive techniques, and the surgical treatment of digestive tract complications.
