Amela Mujagić is the responsible person for diagnostics and the clinic of the Institution, an expert who leads, organizes, and enhances the operation of all diagnostic and clinical processes, ensuring a high level of quality, safety, and efficiency in the healthcare institution's work.

1. Organization and coordination of work

• Plans, organizes, and coordinates the daily operations of all diagnostic departments (radiology, laboratory, ultrasound, endoscopy, functional diagnostics, etc.) and clinical services.

• Creates staff schedules, plans shifts, and ensures optimal team coverage.

• Ensures smooth patient flow and efficient waiting list management.

• Reception, labeling, and proper storage of samples (blood, urine, tissue, materials for chemical or technical analyses).

• Conducting routine laboratory tests according to established procedures.

• Ensuring that laboratory equipment is functioning, clean, and correctly calibrated.

• Following occupational safety rules, using protective equipment, and handling materials safely.

• Proper disposal of laboratory waste and adherence to biosafety standards.

2. Human resource management

• Oversees the work of medical, technical, and administrative staff in diagnostics and clinical practices.

• Identifies education and professional development needs of staff.

• Evaluates employee performance and participates in recruitment and evaluation processes.

3. Quality and safety standards

• Monitors and ensures the application of all professional standards, protocols, and guidelines in diagnostic and clinical procedures.

• Ensures compliance with safety measures for patients and staff (radiation protection, infection control, proper sample handling, sterilization, etc.).

• Initiates and leads quality improvement processes.
